Biography
Wouter Bergenhuizen was born in 1988 in the city of Maastricht, and is regarded as one of the most promising young musicians in the Netherlands.
He was a student at the Conservatory of Amsterdam and the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest, where he was taught by various famous professors such as Willem Brons, Jan Wijn and Ferenc Rados.
In 2013 Wouter made a highly successful debut as a soloist playing 'Totentanz' by Franz Liszt with the South Dutch Philharmonic Orchestra, where he has been a regular guest ever since.
Besides performing on stage, Wouter is also working as a piano teacher at the Conservatory of Amsterdam.
